1. Cancellation Rights for Consumers

1.1. Cancellations (For customers who are purchasing the Goods or Services not in the course of a business and who are based within the UK only):

● If you ordered the Goods or Services off-premises then you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you placed your order provided that you have not asked us to perform the Services or deliver the Goods before this date.  

● To exercise your right to cancel you must notify us immediately preferably by email or by calling us. You must provide us with a clear statement of your decision to cancel an order.

● Please note that you have no right to cancel an order for balloons or hire Equipment once these have been delivered.

1.2. Effects of Cancellation under clause  1.1:

● If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) provided that:

● - The required service date is not within 14 days.

● - Goods and/or services required to fulfil the booking have not yet been sourced/ordered by us.

● Short notice booking cancellations will not be refunded in any case.  (Service date within 7 days of booking)

● We will make the reimbursement without delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

● We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

● If you requested to begin the performance of Services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
